Every second (tick-tock), of every minute, of every hour (ding), of every day, of every week, of every month… of every year; your life-clock is ticking.
Your heartbeat is your clock. Right now, is it beating to time, or is it speeding up? Chances are, if you are eating the modern diet of food, it is speeding up.
A young man came to me yesterday, after having a reading with Jill. His father is 52 and has been diagnosed with liver, lung and throat cancer. He is a non-smoker. Doctors have given him 10 months to live. This young man looked the epitome of health. He was tanned and works out regularly in a gym and has a very muscular physique. Our friend commented, “Oooohh, he looks nice.”
After we told him how we could help his father extend his life, he was shocked when I told him about his own personal health. I asked him about his diet. He admitted to eating lots of animal protein (meat, eggs, milk and protein shakes) to bulk up. I told him he was slowly killing himself. He argued he couldn’t build his body without meat and dairy.
I told him to go and Google ‘vegetarian bodybuilding champions’. Here’s what I found at http://www.greatveganathletes.com/bodybuilders
Jim is known for possessing an outstanding physique in his later years. Approaching late 70’s he still trains hard and releases bodybuilding photos. The photograph here is him aged 61, which many people believed was edited as they could not believe the muscular definition of a man of this age. Jim is outspoken in support of the vegan diet and encourages people to eat a healthy, plant-based diet for the good of their health and sport.
Patrik Baboumian is a former bodybuilder who is now Germany’s Strongest Man (105kg) and holds the world record for log lift. He is one of the few men in the world to have lifted a 200kg overhead, and probably the smallest. He continues to increase in size and strength and has competed internationally in the highest weight category with some of the most respected strength competitors in the world.
On a plant food diet, these athletes run clear veins and arteries. Our young man was slowly clogging his up, and if he carries on, regardless of his physique, will be one of the 50% who die early. His father is a big meat, cheese, and dairy eater.
We mistakingly call it ‘THE GOOD LIFE’.
More realistically, we should call it ‘THE SHORT LIFE’.
If any of you followed the TV reality show with Peter Andre: This is my life; you will have felt the pain of Peter’s brother dying of cancer. His brother was a big meat eater. Meat and sugar feeds cancer. Take it away and you starve the cancer.
Meat, dairy, sugar and vegetable oils clog up your veins and arteries giving you heart disease. It’s reversible on a plant food diet.
Millions, no billions of people are ticking away their short lives… tick-tock.
Time waits for no-one. Your life is precious. You can eat your way to a short one, or eat our way to a long one. Time; isn’t bothered which one you choose; but maybe you just might.
Currently it’s normal to die between 50 and 80, but live a sick old life; but it’s not natural. You ‘can’ live beyond 120 and be healthy and sprightly.
